Third Arizona Dui Conviction

- Installation of Ignition Interlock Device
- License suspension for one year
- Jail imprisonment for at least four months

- Your driving license will be revoked for a minimum period of twelve months.
- The monetary fine will include $1250 for extreme DUI assessment, $250 for a “DUI Assessment”, and $500 of base fine with 80% surcharge.

Second Time “Extreme Dui” Conviction in Arizona

- Getting the interlock ignition device installed is a must.
- License suspension for at least 90 days to one year
- The monetary fine includes $1000 for extreme DUI assessment, $250 for a “DUI Assessment”, and $250 of base fine with 80% surcharge
